Who You Are:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Full-Time Corporate Chef who shares our passion for great food and hospitality and possesses the drive to lead a kitchen team through prep and service in a fast, high pressure environment. This position reports directly to Chef Philippe Corbet.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Managing multiple kitchens and moving throughout the properties to ensure quality control, supply management, kitchen management and consistency
- Provide hands on leadership and oversight of food production and service standards
- Supervising all kitchen functions including food purchasing
- Oversight of payroll, ordering and monthly inventories to control food cost
- Managing, training and mentoring all kitchen staff
- Modifying menus or creating new ones that meet brand and quality standards
- Estimating food requirements and food/labor costs
- Consulting with owners to approve menu changes, supplier agreements and budget allowances
- Maintaining cleanliness standards, knowledge of HAACP and food handling procedures
Requirements:
- 10+ years of progressive kitchen experience in a high-volume restaurant
- Culinary school degree required
- Possess strongly developed leadership and communication skills
- Self-motivated, dedicated team player with a positive attitude
- Flexible Availability, open to work AM & PM schedules
- Spanish language skills a bonus
COMPENSATION:
Salary is commensurate with experience. Housing for 1 provided. While we take the time to review all applications, only those suitable for interview will be contacted.

Located on Fort Pond Bay, Duryea’s is a seasonal water-front property in Montauk, NY. It is a destination for locals and tourists alike looking for good food, water views and arguably the greatest sunsets on the East End. With our 300ft dock, Duryea’s has become a favorite amongst boat owners looking to spend time on the water on their way to lunch or dinner. Duryea’s Montauk now features the the addition of 4 high-end cottages on the bluff, just up the road from the restaurant, overlooking the bay. This is an exciting addition to our collection of properties as it further reinforces the lifestyle aspect of our brand and will deliver an authentic Montauk experience.
Who You Are:
We are looking for an experienced Resort Hotel Manager to manage all aspects of our Cottage Suites and deliver exceptional, polished service to our guests, and help to achieve the financial potential of the property. This person should share our passion for great food and hospitality and possess the drive to deliver a memorable, top-tier stay. This position reports directly to the Managing Director.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Answering inquiries and managing bookings
· Inspecting, preparing, and coordinating the cottages before and after guest arrival
· Greeting guests and acquainting them with the property amenities
· Managing and supervising small housekeeping team
· Ensuring rooms and common areas meet guest standards
· Anticipating guests' needs and providing solutions to any issues
· Managing staff scheduling and payroll
· Providing dining and entertainment recommendations in the area
· Providing directions and information about local points of interest
· Maintaining in-room amenities and fridges and pantries
· Managing property grounds and coordinate resolve of structural issues
· Maintaining good relations with community and local authorities
· Maintaining the mood of the operation and always promoting positive public and employee relations
· Assist with other projects as assigned by Managing Director
Requirements:
· 5+ years full-time experience as Concierge, Butler, General Manager or Director in a recognized Hotel, Food and Beverage group or stand-alone operation
· Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred
· Possess strongly developed and proven leadership and interpersonal and communication skills
· Discretion
· Experience working with cost control systems
· Ability to work standing for an extended length of time
· Well organized, computer literate, detail-oriented, and able to delegate responsibility as needed
· Self-motivated, dedicated team player with a positive attitude and high level of integrity
· Flexible Availability, open to work AM & PM schedules and weekends
Compensation:
Salary is commensurate with experience, range of $85-105k annualized. Progressive bonus structure. Seasonal housing provided. While we take the time to review all applications, only those suitable for interview will be contacted.
